Article Title: DYNAMICS OF 17α-ETHYNYLESTRADIOL EXPOSURE IN RAINBOW TROUT ( ONCORHYNCHUS MYKISS ): ABSORPTION, TISSUE DISTRIBUTION, AND HEPATIC GENE EXPRESSION PATTERN
Journal:

Figure Legend Snippet: Hepatic gene expression in sexually mature male rainbow trout (Onchorynchus mykiss) measured using a low-density cDNA microarray. Three trout were individually exposed for 7 d to a measured 17α-ethynylestradiol (EE2) concentration of 75 ng/L. A total of 32 cDNA sequences were on the microarray and are listed below the figure. Results are expressed as the mean fold-change relative to control trout that received only the methanol carrier.
Techniques Used: Expressing, Microarray, Concentration Assay
